Having problems with your ViewSonic G810 21" CRT Monitor ?

21" Viewsonic G810 monitor cuts in and out (switches on and off) radomly

\015 I think I may have a similar problem to the posted by pubsvin on Oct 16, 2006 except I'm using a MAC G4 dual processor desktop withMac OS X 10.3.6. \015\012\015\012I'll turn on the computer (from off, not sleep mode) and it will run fine for a while, then it will start clicking/switching on and off, sometimes lingering for a moment befor coming back on. It may then be fine for an hour or so, then start back up with the off/on switching again. Annoying to say the least.\015\012\015\012This problem started a few months ago -- I've bought the monitor used in 2004, didn't hook it up until Jan 2005 and it ran fine until this problem started somewhere in May/June of this year 2006.\015\012\015\012I'm probably the least technical person on earth but if there's something I can try that doesn't require a screwdriver (at least not the kind in a glass), I'll give it my best shot.\015\012\015\012I'm going to be upgrading to OSX Tiger (not sure what version) soon so I wonder if that will be an issue if this is driver related.\015\012\015\012Any help is greatly appreciated.\015\012\015\012Thanks!\015
