I would suggest downloading Mozilla Firefox on another computer, putting it on a flash drive or burn a cd, then install on your laptop.

After running mozilla it will ask to make it default browser, click yes, be careful how you respond when it asks you to import from internet explorer. if you import everything it may import security settings.

the only other thing to do is if you give me your e-mail address I can send you a program to remove the password
