My laptop has crashed and when I try to reboot it just cycles through the reboot over and over. Even when I press F8 I can't get into safe mode to reboot. Do you have another antivirus program on your computer? and as far as i know HP do not offer antivirus. Try CA or Norton for this. The best way to get them off your back is to find somewhere for them to stop reminding you or try to update your system ... HP PC Desktops
