Having problems with your Sceptre Computer Monitors ?

Won't power up, LED flashes with a clicking noise from the speakers when plugged in

\015 The title basically says it all.If I have the unit plugged in, the power LED flashes and the speakers click every few seconds pretty regularly. Seems it is a fairly common problem. I found another solution where you reset a similar monitor it by plugging in the DVI connector right after click, but I was unsuccessful after a number of tries.I disassembled the unit and got into the PS and disconnected ALL the connectors. I measured 5V and 12V on the PS and they remained stable. However, if I connect the control board and connect the power led or the speakers or both, it still does the flashing and/or clicking (respectively, of course).I peaked at the digital board, but thought I would write something up here before I do anything TOO stupid. I am wondering if there is any way to mimic that resetting of the digital board through the DVI on the board itself (maybe some way more reliable. . . like maybe I can hold/short a reset circuit or something).Thanks\015
