\015 Hi All,\015\012\302\240\015\012I have a Logitech speaker system that I have been happily using over the past 2 1/2 years....(Z-5300). Just yesterday, it started making noise when plugged it to any device (low pitch crackling noise)\015\012\302\240\015\012Symptoms are;\015\012\302\240\015\012Crackling noise coming out of all speakers, especially with high base. I am talking about with volume only half way.\015\012When I adjust the volume via the remote, I hear the small bang noise each time I go up one bar up on the volume control. \015\012\302\240\015\012I do connect speaker to both my DVD player and PC, and it's happening to both!\015\012\302\240\015\012Also all speakers and the sub have the same issue....\015\012\302\240\015\012I have a bad feeling it's the AMP!! Nnnnnooooooooo.\015\012\302\240\015\012I did look at the AUS Logitech website and I believe the warranty is only for 2 years, correct???\015\012\302\240\015\012Done the turn off\\reconnect cables, etc.. No luck. \015\012\302\240\015\012Any ideas anyone, please. Appreciate your advice.\015

Answers :

Firstly check the cable, some times it may in loose contact
\015\012otherwise any radiation equipment is located near by the amplifier,
\015\012sol. replace the location of the amp. and check cable loose contact
\015\012
\015\012other wise
\015\012it is due to its amplifier IC problem, it is weak due to over load signal, or temperature of IC make leakage
