Having problems with your Logitech X-540 Computer Speakers ?

Soun connections alright i have these speakers, the wire connections are coloured as orange,black and green. the top row of connections on the back of my PC go as orange black then gray, the bottom row is pink green and blue. so i plug the wires into the according colored pluges and theres 1 speaker, i believe the back right one or something that doesent work, so i plug the green into the gray plug and all my speakers play, for music, but when im on youtube i get no sound and when im on games so
