\015 Hi Ihave a laptop HP pavilion ze5500; and it;s a bios problem ,when I turn it on the screen its in black with a blue stripe in the center on the screen, asking for a password,I took out both battery the litter one and the big one, I also pushed the reset bottom and its doing the same thig please I need a solution\015

I would recommend that you enter the password that was originally set. The BIOS security password was set by someone so that other people couldn't access the laptop without knowing the password. If you are that person, you should know the password. If you are not that person, you should not be accessing their laptop. If you set the password and have lost it or forgotten it, you'll need to contact HP support, send the laptop to them to get the password reset, and then they'll ship it back to you. Good luck!
