Having problems with your Gateway GT4022 PC Desktop ?

Hello, Im Daniel and i have a Gateway GT4022 PC Desktop. When i got it it worked great!! but then a year later when i turned on the tower all i could hear was the fan from behind it blowing? Can you tell me why this is.....

Unplug all the hardware (HD, CD, etc.) and try to start it.
You could even remove the video card if you have one.

If you get no response, I'd go for a new power supply. The alternative is a bad motherboard.
