T-3104 recovery not working

\015 Hi, thanks for the quick reply. My T-3104 doesn't have a floppy drive, and it also has windows XP. Another problem is that as soon as I turn it on now, it goes right into trying to create a partition, and I don't know how to get it back to the other start up screen. I did chat with tech support for e-machines, and they told me to press the cntrl, and backspace keys instead of the R key during reboot to get me into the manufactures option screen, and then hit option 4, but that didn't work either. There are a bunch of other options, but I have no idea what they'll do. Thanks.\015

Bootdisks.com again and burn a bootable cd instead. Try accessing the bios and changing the boot priority to CDROM first and boot from the CD you've just created and follow the instructions of my first reply.
