I want to change workgroup name in my windows 7, i am unable to..when i follow the appropritate way i.e. RIGHT CLICK COMPUTER > PROPERTIES > COMPUTER NAME > CHANGE >...at that stage in the column of Member of i am unable to change WORKGROUP NAME...it appears that it is disable, by default WOKGROUP is written over there and i cannot edit that at all..

Right Click on the Command Prompt and select "Run As Administrator"

Open command prompt.

type net user administrator /active:yes
