\015\012Fllow this link and you will find the CPU-Z With Installer in the top left corner. Save the utility to your desktop and then run it. This will give you all the info you need. For your motherboard model you need to click on the "Mainboard" tab to see the information.\015\012

The easiest way is to go to http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/ enter your service tag or model number and all drivers you need will be listed. Intel's site is very limited for legacy motherboard drivers and support. Dell will have all drivers for that model.
