\015 I have a dell optiplex gx60 and i am running windows xp pro. i use the wireless client zyxel g-220 v2 wireless adapter; yet whenever i try to open zyxel i receive a message saying: windows cannot access specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file. Not only does that happen when i access zyxel, but when i access the control panel or other things all icons on my desktop goes blank and i have to do a system restore in order to fix that. also when i do the system restore and fix it i still have to be careful not to make the same mistakes !\015

Sounds to be a bug in the system

\015\012ensure the program is working, goto system restore and turn it off
\015\012turn back on again, this will remove all the old ones, they could have the bug in them,
