From the Desktop, click on the Computer Icon to open the "Hard Drives (window)," next find the Hard Disk Drive (1), this is the "Primary" (C:) Drive. 2. Next, in the Devices with Removable Storage (1)below is the "Secondary" Drive, this will be the (CD or DVD Drives (D:), for "External Drives" the drives locations will be (E: or F:). 3. "If the CD, or DVD Drive is present in this area?" Right click to open, select the Properties "icon" the window opens; in the "All disk drives" (block), select, and "highlight" the CD or DVD Drive, next click on the Propertie's button below! 4. In the Device Status (block), see: if the device is "working properly?" Next, click on the Drives button, select to "Update Drivers." Note: The computer screen may "blink' (3-5 times), this means the update has taken place, Click on the "Apply and OK buttons, to finish. "You may be ask to "Restart the computer, if not? Restart the computer." *The "Second" area is the "All Programs" in the Start Menu, scroll to find: Media Disk Player. Select to open, click on "Setup, and Install." Follow all instruction carefully! *The "Third" area is in the Control Panel from the Start Menu; find in the (right pane). Open the "Contol Panel" go to, and select Hardware and Sound, in the next window, click to open the Device Manager; scroll to find: DVD/CD-ROM drives.
