Having problems with your Creative Labs Sound Card Computer Speakers ?

Not all of my speakers are working and im unsure as to why.

\015 Okay i will start by saying i dont think there is anything wrong with my new speakers. however it seams that no matter what i do i cannot get them all the work or at least all at the same time E.G. wile im listening to music.. now i know the first answer would have been go look in the manual butmy speakers didnt come with one. heres a list of what im doing to set them up at the mo. i would really like it if you could amend the step bu step and let me know where im going wrong.\015\012\015\012click realtek hd audio manager\015\012luach sound manager\015\012set speaker cofiguration to 5.1 speaker.\015\012 i would have thought that would work but it didnt so i also tryed the following.\015\012\015\012go into windows media player\015\012click tools then options\015\012go to devices\015\012double click speakers\015\012advance\015\012then i click on the speaker once and go into configure\015\012then from there i click the 5.1 option and nothing changes. \015\012\015\012would really be thankfull for the help...\015\012oh here is the code for the speakers\015\012\015\012789-450-0982 inspire a500 speakers\015\012\015\012many thanks james.\015
