Having problems with your Brother GeoBook NB-80C Notebook ?

Screen Problem When I push the on swith the processor will boot up but the screen will not come on. I don't know anyone who can fix it without charging an large amount. Should I just forget it or is there someone who can help me? The Brother GeoBook is in great condition, I would hate to just throw it away.

Hold on dont throw it away there is always someone who will help...If you cant find anyone please let me know and Ill see what I can do...It sounds like a small prob that is in the video...depending on mob type you might be able to replace the video controler..not cheap but not over kill...

My son has had his Acer Aspire One since Christmas of 2008. Last week, my son plugged in the computer to charge the battery and no screen would come up, it stayed black.
