Having problems with your BenQ Computer Monitors ?

BenQ fp567 goes on a flicker mode and will not respond

\015 With in the last week my monitor goes gray and starts to flicker the BenQ logo and will not respond to any of my commands with either the monitor or computer, Shut down does no good. I have found that if I move the monitor around it comes back on. But lately it is happening regularly and also with each sign on.\015

Answers :

The fault could be a faulty inverter or a faulty CCFL lamp.
The inverter supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp, if faulty the CCFL lamp can flicker or not light up. The CCFL lamp is a mini fluro lamp, and flicks on and off when faulty especially as it ages.

Hi, dude .

Pls get  your technician to check the motherboard for any dry joints  because as you said when you move it  around it responds .
there's  must be some components loose on the board .
He should see that  all wire connectors  alright.
