There are many reason for a system goes to safe mode directly.here is the solution to solve the issue
\015\012
\015\012Follow the steps:
\015\012
\015\012Immediately begin tapping the "F8" key when the reboot sequence begins (make sure your "F Lock" key is activated.) Once the black "safe mode" screen appears, then first try selecting the option "Start Windows Normally" using your mouse or keyboard up and down keys. Allow Windows to boot, log into your profile and wait for the program to fully configure. Once that is completed, go to the "Start" button and select "reboot." If all is well, the "safe mode" will not reappear.

If that fails, then repeat the reboot sequence -- tapping the "F8" key repeatedly -- and when "safe mode" reappears, choose the "Last Known Good Configuration" selection and allow it to go through the same sequence as in the above paragraph.

If the above does not work and your system continues to first boot into "safe mode" it is possible that a setting in the boot configuration file is checked.
\015\012
\015\012For that go to start -> RUN and Type in "msconfig" in the provided box and hit "enter." The "System Configuration Utility" will appear. Using your mouse or right arrow key, select the "BOOT.INI" tab. Look for the "boot options" section and the "SAFEBOOT" selection box. If it is checked, uncheck it, select the "Apply" button and then "OK."
Go to the "Start" button and select "reboot" and your machine should now boot directly into Windows.
