Touch pad hi please can someone help me. i have a hp compaq 6720s laptop. One day i turned the laptop on connect to the mains and the ac ad adapter went pop. Since then i have went out an bought a universal ac120w adapter. when i plug this adapter in the touch pad does not work. I have changed the voltage switch on the lead. If the mains are not pluged in then the touch pad works fine but soon as you plug the mains back in the touch pad stops working again. I have had the laptop in for repairs a
