Ok i know many people have asked the same question but I cant find one where the answer helps me. I am Australian and my Sony vaio is a FZ VGN-FZ18G. I dont know if the webcam ever worked because this is the first time I have tried to use it. The laptop was returned and fitted with a new hard drive under warranty.
