Purchased one of your aspire computers in august last year it is the worst computer i have had it freezes when trying to do anything and i can not get on to the internet as driver is not on it and no discs were included in box i can not get through to any one by telephone

You should still be within the warranty period,sounds like a ram problem amongst other things,
\015\012go back to the suppler of the machine and get them to help you with this problem, they should have after sales service,and maybe they can contact Acer on your behalf.

\015\012if it is an ad on and you are running Vista ,you will need to get a Vista driver for it from the manufacturers website
