Having problems with your PC Desktops ?

Wireless broadband working brilliantly on laptop but desktop PC will not connect to the internet. The Desktop is seeing the wirless connection and is saying the signal strength is excellent, it just won't go the extra step of connecting to the internet. Laptop and desktop both running Vista, desktop via a 802.11N Wireless USB Adapter. Second desktop running XP, also with USB Adapter is doing exactly the same thing. Any ideas??

Hi,
Alot more information will be needed so please work with me. so with the other 2 computers that you are having the problem with have you actually connected to your wireless network? Have you pinged the router, and then try pinging a website, like yahoo.com or something using the command console. I would also try and run ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew commands in command prompt as well. if you have any other questions please let me know.
Thank you,
Lee
