Emachines W6409 that restarts over and over

\015 I have an Emachines W6409 that restarts over and over again. It loads up to the loading bar screen, then restarts every time, over and over, wether it is in safe mode or not does not make a difference.\015

Have you done any work inside the casing lately? Removing /installing or anything inside the casing?
\015\012If you have, check to make sure there are no wires touching the metal casing, or rubbing up against something inside the computer, that shouldn't be.
\015\012My brother recently had this problem. I hope this helps at least some. Good luck!
Before you do that make sure that there is nothing plugged into your computer like any third party device.
\015\012Well try safe mode with command prompt if yes than you can access system restore

  2. \015\012
  3. \011Use the arrow keys to select the Safe mode with a Command prompt option.
  4. \015\012
  5. \015\012If you are prompted to select an operating system, use the arrow keys\015\012to select the appropriate operating system for your computer, and then\015\012press ENTER.
  6. \015\012
  7. \011Log on as an administrator or with an account that has administrator credentials.
  8. \015\012
  9. \011At the command prompt, type %systemroot%\\system32\\restore\\rstrui.exe, and then press ENTER.
  10. \015\012
  11. \011Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore your computer to a functional state.
