How can I obtain a recovery disk to take my Cisnet C133 back to the state it was when I purchased it? Using the Application, for restore on computer does not seem to work. My Internet Explorer does not work, any longer, following a visit to STAPLES to clean computer. Other than doing alot of deleting and adding Norton's Virus Scan to it is all I am aware they did. I used to be able to use Internet Explorer 7 prior to the visit with them. I have Wild Blue Satelite for my Connection to Internet, w
