Answers :

I would just google for power supply 12v 3.0a. However you need to make sure the connector is the same as yours and the polarity is the same. Look for any markings (part number) on your A/C transformer. Search for that first. If no luck then find a similar one.

Here is one such AC/DC power supply:

A google search provided this website that sells the AC Adaptor your looking for:

Looks to be around $16.00 before S/H.

Hope this helps.

Has the specs that your looking for.

My Medion TFT 15" LCD monitor (several years old) now just cycles when I try to turn it on (get green power light, screen comes on for an instant, then screen and green power light go off, and cycles like this about every second). It has an external power supply (AC to 12VDC 3.5A) which does read 12VDC on my voltmeter. I've tried connecting to different plugs and leaving it unplugged for awhile to no avail. I read online about a possible CCFD inverter problem causing similar symptoms. Any ideas?

I ended up taking it to MicroCenter and their free Tech Support guy determined that the monitor was definitely bad (not the external AC adaptor). I was able to buy a relatively cheap replacement. \015\012Incidentally, the monitor may have gone ... PC Desktops
