Having problems with your Toshiba Satellite P305D-S8818 Notebook ?

Over heating My laptop keeps on over heating and immediately turns off. How can I fix this problem? Note: games and videos usually over heat my laptop. -A cooler does not help. I'm guessing I have to use compressed air to clean the air ducts but was also wondering what specific spots?

Answers :

If you havnt already tried, remove the keyboard from the laptop, and see if u can blow out any dust from the fans, i will probably have more then one fan inside the computer, and make sure that when u are running the laptop that the fans are running when it starts to get hot. a simple bios update might fix the problem. be careful though, because if ur bios update fails in the middle of updating or the computer shuts down, then u might not be able to use the computer at all. good luck, hopefully it works for you.
