My Dell Dimension E510 is making a "whirring" noise. It whirls loudly when I turn it on, like something inside is struggling to get up to speed. The computer takes more time than usual to become operable and open programs. Then with the computer on, the "whirring" comes and goes, it is more quite, but more uneven. Sounds like it's going fast sometimes, then speeds up and back and forth. I've opened the computer and cleaned the dust out of it. That didn't help. HELP. VHS
