Answers :

Try starting your computer in Safe Mode. You do this by pressing the F8 key at the top of your keyboard as the computer is booting up.
\015\012
\015\012Choose Safe Mode without Networking.
\015\012
\015\012If that works, go into Control Panel >Programs & Features (or Add or Remove Programs in XP). Choose the new anti-virus software and Uninstall it.
\015\012Close out everything and reboot normally. If it comes up fine, you know you have an issue with the anti-virus. If not, there is most likely a hardware issue preventing it, a virus or a Windows issue.
\015\012
\015\012Let me know what you find and we'll keep working on it.
You need to start the computer on safe mode by starting the computer and at the same time clicking on F8 few times to stop it from starting window and go to safe mode....when you go to safe mode use the last known configuration and see if that get you back to your start up menu. if not see if you can start safe mode as admin and use recovery mode that take you back to the last known and good start up or uninstall the software that she installed...if nothing works see if you have the recovery CD that you made when you got the Toshiba, let me know if that work and please remember to rate my service so I am\015\012able to continue provide quality service and improve on it with your\015\012help. God bless
