Having problems with your Toshiba Satellite M115-S3094 Notebook ?

The Windows installer is not functioning. I cannot remove or install any programs. The error that I get says that the reason is that it is either running in safe mode, which it is not, or that I need Admin Support. I need to replace the virus and firewall software. I discovered the problem when trying to remove the old one that has expired. It has Trend Micro installed. I am trying to install Bit Defender. I also tried installing drivers on-line which was something recommended for the Toshiba M1
