Having problems with your Toshiba Satellite L305-S5933 Notebook ?

Cannot use wireless mouse or laptop pad for cursor functions.

\015 I have a satellite L305-S5933 that has locked on me. I have shut it down and restarted it. I can log on but that's about it. On the logon window it says the computer is locked, and I have no idea how that happened.I can use the pad to move the cursor, and the enter key to open windows. But as far as doing anything else I cannot. The windows will open, but will not allow me to close them. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me.Rosemary Hoskins\015

This is a very common problem with many Toshiba laptops.

The cause is the bios on the motherboard.

The best way to get the computer working again is to contact a local authorized Toshiba center.

They are still repairing the problem for FREE.

So make sure you don't pay!

Here's a link to Toshiba's repair center finder.

Make sure you call them FIRST before taking your computer to them.

Best of luck!
