Having problems with your Toshiba Satellite A105-S4074 Notebook ?

\015 The Satellite toshiba a105-S4074 the keyboard types only in captial letters when I hit the caplock then type lowercase letter. The numbers doesn't show up when I type them but the second funtions do like when type 7 the & shows up instead. When I use a USB keyboard the same problem but the NumLock keypad doesn't function at all. It works ok in in Windows Safemode Sometimes it come back to normal then it gets back to the problem. I tried to update the Bios it ddidn't work I used the cd factory setup to fix it it didn't work either. Can you help ? \015

Sounds to me like you have setup using us keyboard as default.to check and alter if need be.
\015\012look at the sys tray.left side you have start and right side clock and various icons.next to this you will see a small arrow.not the arrow that hides icons .a white arrow with 2 file boxs above.
\015\012if you hold ur mouse on it ;it say options.click the arrow and select settings.here you can check what keyboard settings and add or select other .if uk is listed click to highlight and select if it isnt click add and select it from list.
