Having problems with your Systemax Scanport Gem GL-190Z2 (Black) 19 in. Flat Panel LCD Monitor ?

I have a Gem gl-190z2 monitor that displays over range after boot

\015 When I power on my computer,I can see it booting up and also see the windows prompt, but after that it displays over range. If I press the function key just after the system finish's rebooting, it lets me in programming mode just until the system displays the windows screen, then right after that I'm locked out until I reboot the pc. I belive the incoming resolution is stuck in the the wrong setting and I can't seem to change it to 1280x1024, How can I reset it back to default or change the setting\015
