Error loading operating system
When you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key to enter in bios .
Then load optimal defaults settings .
Then check in advanced option SATA is diable.
Then save settings.
then check .
If still your operating system not load proeprly then again enter in bios then set first boot device as your cd or dvd rom .then save settings.then put recovery disk in rom then if it boot with recovery disk then follow the procedure nd repair it.
If still not boot with recovery disk then you need another recovery disk or bootable winxp /vista disk.
