FOR FUTURE REFERENCE:\012The fuse is a 5 amp 125 volt (250 volt can be used too) slow blow pigtail fuse. Use standard techniques to desolder the old fuse and solder new one into circuit board. Jay is correct, if it blows again, board may be shorted...you can do a visual inspection that may detect such.
Usually it is 0.5 amps. if it still blows, you might have a shorted board.
