My pc hangs after every minute or sometimes even after an hour. no capictor blown problen, fans are working properly, no heating as i have left my pc with covers open, windows has been installed again, no virus in it.

You sound just like I did a week ago. I can tell from the way you worded your question, you're not new at computers. So, I'm not going to give you the 'check-the-basics' answer. I know you've done that already.

First, let me share with you a problem I had with my computer freezing and how I located and corrected the problem. It may help you.

The Problem: About every minute or two my screen would freeze. I could move my mouse but when I tried to click on any button- nothing happened. I could un-freeze my screen by starting 'Task Manager' (pressing Ctrl - Alt - Delete buttons all at the same time). My computer would work for a while -then the same problem would start all over again.

The Solution: I booted in safe mode From my past experience with 'freezes' I've discovered to first look for a program that automatically runs either, while the computer is on - or that automatically runs in the browser. And, to check all installed programs running in compatibility mode. (I have Vista Ultimate x64 and everything runs in compatibility mode.)

When I did, I found the problem. A program called Desktop Video (which allows a video to play as the desktop background - instead of having a still picture on my desktop) was in conflict with the Vista color scheme. This program had worked for weeks before with no problem. However, for some reason I've had to remove and re-install it. (along with running Vista in basic color scheme.)

Specifically, the problem was with the program being in conflict with the computer's normal video settings - because it was automatically running in compatibility mode.

Your freeze is probably caused by a program conflict or browser add-on conflict. I'd start there first and by process of elimination you'll find the answer.

Also, if you're running a 64-bit OS check to see if there's a conflict with Flash player on your 32-bit browser. That WILL cause a video conflict regardless what Adobe says. (I know).

Just be patient and use the process of elimination to solve your problem.
