Having problems with your IBM ThinkPad T20 2647 Notebook ?

Thinkpad T20 2647 HDD problem

\015 I've changed my bad 20gb HDD with a new 100gb.But when i start installing Win XP, there's a blue screen with an error message said that i must update the bios. Tried change with another 20gb HDD from toshiba but the message still appear when installing XP.Any suggestion ? Thx.\015

On restart enter setup or bios and set to default settings
