A couple of ideas you can explore/try:

  • temporarily replace the HP W1907 with another monitor. The purpose is to determine if it is a monitor issue or video card/computer problem; or
  • \015\012
  • lower the Screen Refresh Rate of your Display Properties. Right click on any clear area of your desktop, click on Properties, click on Settings tab, click on Advanced button, click on Monitor tab;
  • \015\012
  • disable (un-check) write combining. Right click on any clear area of your desktop, click on Properties,\015\012click on Settings tab, click on Advanced button, click on Troubleshoot tab.
