Hp Pavilion Dv9000 Sound Problem

\015 I'vs had my HP Pavilion Dv9000 laptop about 2 months now, and it has been great.recently however sounds have only been coming from the right sound channel. The left side just makes a starng buzzing noise as I adjust the volume balance between right and left trying to get sound. I don't think the problem is with the speakers because even if I use headphones or external speakers I still only get sounds from the right channel and the buzzing continues if I play witht he balance. So far i have tried:Updating drivers (I have most recent)Checking balance and volume levelsi have a similar problem. when ever im listening to music, or sounds, every 30 - 40 seconds it will make a strange crackle noise. it only lasts for 3 or 4 seconds but its very annoying, ive tryed head phones + useing external speakers and still have the same crackle noise. \302\240\015

Hi

its most likely a driver issue or the sound card is faulty.
Try updating the drivers for the sound card. Open this page
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/pfinder?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&os=228&tool=&query=Dv9000

you will need to find the correct model from the list, look at the bottom of your laptop for the full model number.

Then select software and driver downloads
select your operating system,
then select the audio drivers

let me know how it goes.

Also note if we can't solve this problem your computer is still covered by hp warranty and you might get free repairs or replacement.
