Having problems with your HP Pavilion a810n (PP164AA) PC Desktop ?

Blue screen when starting up

\015 When starting the computer the normal HP Blue Screen opens with the , , options on the bottom of the screen, however the computer will not get past this screen and the options on the bottom of the screen will not work. Seems like the computer doesn't want to get going or is locked up somehow. I have tried starting it over and over, unplugging all cords and unplugging the power, all with no luck. Any ideas of what might be going on?\015

I had the same problem. I was going to replace the motherboard. Checked every connection on motherbaord, including reseting the processor. So far it is now fixed. Will wait a while and look for more solutions before turning it off again. Good luck, please report if you find the problem.
