Having problems with your HP JBL Platinum Computer Speakers ?

When I turn up my speakers It is a static or grinding noise.

Damn Blinking! Same here. The blue light flashes. If I take the power cord and plug it in and out SEVERAL times while shaking and banging it, a lond static noise comes from the speakers and shortly after i plug and unplug a few more time, it turns on...I think it needs to warm up then try fiddling with it. Let it sit for awhile blinking, then try plug and unplug till the light dims or turns yellow for a second. That works for me.
