JBL Creature problem with the right speaker

\015 JBL Creature right speaker with volume controls not working properly. Volume controls are working but hardly any sound is coming out if, if at all. Left speaker is working fine. Does anyone know what may be causing this problem and if it can be fixed...?? Thanks.\015

The problem you just described indicates that the issue is with the hardware and not a software issue but there is one thing you can try,on the taskbar at the bottom there is a speaker icon at the bottom right just right click on that and click on playback devices.Next select whatever speaker you see in the list and click on properties at the bottom.Then click on the Levels tab and then click on the balance button.Now make sure that the balance on right speaker is not set to 0.If it is then make it to more than 50.If you still face the problem then the wires inside the right speaker are burnt.This will require a physical presence of a tech to fix the issue because one has to open it up and do the repair work.
If this is under warranty then i strongly recommend you to get it replaced.This will not cost you anything and you will get new speakers or they might repair your speakers for free of cost since it is under warranty.
