Have aproblem getting on the internet. problem with network adapt

\015 On 3/25 I installed new software AVG-IS, I presently can not acess the internet on that system. I received a error stating something about network adaptor.\015

First check Start, Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager. Make sure your network card does not have a yellow or red checkmark. If no checkmark your AVG-IS firewall is turned on and providing too much security. If there's a yellow or red check mark select the device and read the error. Yellow probably means card has been turned off. Red probably means drivers are not found. In either of these cases uninstall AVG-IS and get your machine to where it was before.

Router problem. Time Warner had a internet problem last Sunday, April 26 here in the Northeast. They fixed it, but our internet still didn't function properly as it did before the TWC problem.
