My monito is not getting signal - Gateway FPD1760 Monitor

Answers :

If your monitor says no signal and goes to sleep when your pc is on then the first thing to check is if it's plugged into the correct socket. I've had people tell me yes to this question and when I see them all I do is plug the monitor into the right socket. They had an additional graphics card as well as the on board graphics output. If this is not the issue then the graphics output is probably shot, add new graphics card or replace motherboard.
