Hi there,
to improve zour situation:
-remove battery pack, u should be able to use
laptop stationary without it
- get the speedfan utility from the net to increase fan speed
- use some compressed air to clean the faninlet and motherboard from dust
- place the laptop on four sockets to improve the air circulation
- use an external vent directed to your laptop
good luck
Best thing to do, take a can of air and where the air vents are, blow the air into there and it should remove any dust or dirt that could be blocking the way. If there is debris in the way, then that would cause the fan to run louder then normal cause its taking more for the fan to cool off the laptop.

The absolute best way is if you could take the laptop apart and where the heatsink is on top of the CPU there could be a big piece of dirt blocking the air vent and where the cpu heatsink sits. You could physicially remove it.

Either way if you go thru both of these steps and the laptop is still overheating then you know at that point the motherboard is bad and would need to be replaced.
