Loud noise when turning on my computer

\015 I just recently bought a new computer. When i turn it on for about a minute it makes a loud rattling/grinding sound and then after that minute it dies down to a normal bearable humming state. Computers working fine and the loud sounds isn't really that bad and i can cope with it but i'm just worried if its something to do with my PSU.\015\012\015\012Any suggestions.\015
