Computer won't boot up after blowing dust out from inside case

\015 After disconnecting computer from power source and blowing out dust buildup from inside case, the computer won't boot up now after reconnecting power. Fans run and the letter e displays on the monitor, but the computer does not boot up. I checked connections that may have come loose, but all connections seem to be secure.\015
