Accessing EMachines W3107 Recovery Partion

\015 So, this computer has been infected w/ the A360 virus. In order to access the internet, you need to go on to safe mode w/ networking.I have been trying to find a recovery disc online and even went to emachines website. They told me they don't provide recovery discs for W3107. So this lead me to recovery partion part. However, I can not seem to get into it as it's blocked by the PC Angel. Is there something or someway that I can totally reboot this computer? Or is there a way to get into the recovery partion? When I tried the system recovery it tells me I need the disc. Please help.Thank you.\015

You can fix this virus without recovering.
\015\012Log in normally. Go to run, type in msconfig and go to the startup tab. Uncheck everything and reboot your pc. Once there try your internet. If it's not working go to Internet Options, Connections, Lan Settings, and uncheck anything in your proxy settings. Close IE and reopen. You should be able to connect. Then download and run Malwarebytes, and then run Bitdefender Online scanner.
\015\012The only other thing that may be trouble is that there may be a rootkit that neither scanner will detect. You can run Combofix, but this program isn't for the average user. Follow instructions carefully when using Combofix.
