Having problems with your Dell OptiPlex GX620 PC Desktop ?

When power it on nothing comes up. in front has light 1-4 and only 1 and 2 light up. I have had this problem with other when I plugged in to many usb connections and dell had me reset something on the motherboard but can't remember what it was I had to reset any ideas??

Hi there.
They probably had you clear the CMOS jumper or take the motherboard battery out.
The CMOS jumper looks like this >>>>
82daf9c.jpg
It is the little piece of plastic next to the motherboard battery, if its there move the jumper to the other (on) position for 5 seconds.
If there is not a jumper there take the motherboard battery out for an hour making sure the power cord is removed from the back of the machine.
Please post back if you need anymore advice.

Good luck
