Having problems with your Dell Latitude D610 Notebook ?

Eratic cursor It jumps all over with no control even when internal mouse disabled.

Hi

Are you still having the same problem with the mouse?
What kind of things have you attempted so far, have you done a full reinstall of windows to the laptop to confirm that its a hardware fault?

You should not have this problem if you are using an infrared mouse rating for me as I will continue to pro. It uses a infrared light to bounce off whatever surface you are laying your mouse on.

\015\012If you are using an older model rooling ball mouse you can turn it over and unscrew the bottom cover by making a quarter turn. When the ball drops out you will see little roller bars inside. these bars gather dust. You can remove the dust and debris with tweezers and a good shot of keyboard cleaner compressed air.

\015\012If this is not your problem then you need to re-install your mouse driver. If you need help finding it please let me know.
\015\012
\015\012It may be time to buy a new mouse, depending on the circumstances.

\015\012I hope I have helped. Please provide a positive rating as I will continue to provide you with premium assistance.
