Sound of fan increased in my inspiron1545 laptop

\015 Fan makes loud noice when it rotates in my laptop...\015

Answers :

If you have the unit apert to clean the fan, on one side of it you will find a paper label in the middle gently remove the label and it will expose the bearing. 1 drop of very light oil (sewing machine or similar), and leave for 5 mins so that it can soak into the bearing assembly. replace label and refit fan.

You will still need a new fan but it may last anouther 6-12 month.
The fan most likely has a fauly/worn bearing or is clogged with dust.
\015\012Try cleaning and removing the dust from the fan anf heatsink assembly.
\015\012If this doesn't work then replace the fan.
