Having problems with your Dell Inspiron 700M Notebook ?

Loose parts A loose part causes my computer to turn off when picked up. I think its the battery. Is there anything I can do other than just using duct tape to hold the battery in place to keep it running?

Answers :

If your battery is loose, it could be either the battery's latches are defective/broken... a new battery would fix that. Or the hook/latch mechanism on the laptop itself is defective and will not latch onto the battery, a replacement laptop case would probably fix that one.\015\012\015\012Good luck.
